Nursing Personnel's Caring Behaviors during End-of-Life Treatment in a Tertiary Care Hospital

INTRODUCTION: The standard of end-of-life care has become an important indicator a hospital's general standards in modern times. Unfortunately, the present nursing and level provided to patients reaching end their lives fall short what they had hoped for. As consequence, it's crucial look at how caregivers demonstrate care. Therefore, this observational study aims assess caring behavior towards death dying among personnels. MATERIALS AND METHODS: research design adopted for was descriptive on 50 personals working MICU, SICU, CCU, ITUs wards SJMCH, Bangalore. Purposive sampling technique select participatory approach using rating scale during life used behaviour. data analysed inferential statistics. RESULTS: result showed that behaviour personnel found be 58.0% with moderate behaviour, 38.0% good 4 % poor behavior. There is no statistically significant association baseline variables like age staff nurses patients. CONCLUSIONS: It there difference between demographic personnel. This depicts as 58% 38%
